Since 1953
M Noorigian Construction Co. is a third-generation general contractor serving Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, and Ventura County.
Founded in 1953, our family has been building in Southern California for more than 70 years. What began with school and commercial construction in Los Angeles has grown into a residential construction company focused on remodeling, renovations, additions, and home improvement projects.
Three Generations of Construction Experience
Our grandfather started M Noorigian Construction Co. in 1953, working on schools and commercial buildings throughout Los Angeles during a major period of growth for the city.
The company was later carried forward by the next generation, continuing the same hands-on approach to construction, craftsmanship, and doing the job right.
Today, the third generation continues that family tradition with a focus on residential remodeling, kitchen and bathroom renovations, interior and exterior improvements, room additions, garage conversions, ADUs, carports, patio covers, and general construction throughout Los Angeles and Ventura County.
Integrity
We keep communication straightforward, explain the work clearly, and treat homeowners, trades, and project partners with respect throughout the job.
Craftsmanship
We focus on quality construction, clean execution, and attention to the details that make a renovation feel finished and built to last.
Client Focus
We listen first, understand what the homeowner is trying to accomplish, and build the project around the needs of the home and the people living in it.
