Residential Roof Replacement From Tear-Off to Completion
This project required more than installing new shingles. The existing roofing materials were removed to expose the roof structure and allow the underlying conditions to be addressed before the new roofing system was installed.
The scope included complete roof tear-off, roof deck replacement, fascia work, chimney repairs, new roofing underlayment, flashing details, and architectural asphalt shingles. Completing the work from the roof structure outward provided a properly prepared surface for the finished roofing system.

Whole-Home Exterior Renovation & Roof System Upgrade
This residential exterior renovation included a complete roof system replacement as part of a broader multi-trade construction project. The existing roofing materials and aging roof deck were removed, exposing the underlying framing for inspection and preparation before reconstruction.
The project scope included roof tear-off, new roof decking, fascia improvements, chimney work, flashing, underlayment, and architectural asphalt shingles. An Owens Corning complete roofing system was incorporated into the project, including Owens Corning roofing components and architectural shingles.
Addressing the roof deck, fascia, chimney, and related exterior components together allowed the work to progress as one coordinated renovation rather than treating each area as an isolated repair.
