From aging roofing systems and damaged decking to fascia, flashing, and related exterior repairs, we coordinate the complete scope with the rest of the home in mind.
Tear-Off & Deck Inspection
Existing roofing is removed down to the roof deck so the underlying sheathing can be inspected for damage, deterioration, or areas requiring repair before the new roof system begins.
Re-Decking & Underlayment
When needed, deteriorated roof decking is replaced to create a solid substrate, followed by installation of the appropriate underlayment and preparation for the new roofing system.
Complete Roofing System
A complete roofing system is installed from the deck up, including underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and finished roofing materials. We primarily use Owens Corning roofing products for asphalt shingle projects.
